Josh, as he's known by most people, is a Fort Smith native and first generation attorney. He graduated from Southside High School in 2002, the University of Central Arkansas in 2006, and the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2009. Upon graduating from law school, he returned to Fort Smith, Arkansas to be closer to his family. After passing the Bar, he opened the Bugeja Law Firm with a single goal in mind- to provide reasonably priced, competent representation to the citizens of Arkansas.
He is licensed in every state and federal court in Arkansas, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court, and has had considerable success in multiple practice areas. He has repeatedly been named a Top 40 Lawyer Under 40 by the American Society of Legal Advocates (years 2016-2018), a recognition less than 1.5% of all practicing attorneys in the U.S. are granted.
He is a member of several Bar associations and has been asked to speak on legal matters for both public and attorney-only engagements.
